La capitale Bulgara, dopo il recente ingresso nell'Unione Europea, con un riassetto urbanistico, si prepara ad allinearsi agli standard delle grandi capitali europee. Il comparto delle costruzioni è in netta ascesa, con un notevole incremento delle aree dedicate al retail. Nel 2006 a Sofia sono stati aperti 4 centri commerciali, con rendite previste tra il 7 ed il 9%. Stando all'indagine de “Il Sole 24 Ore”, inoltre, sono ben 11 le mall in costruzione e altre 10 i centri in fase di realizzazione a Varna, sul Mar nero e a Plovdiv, 130km a sud dalla capitale. Nei progetti in costruzione sono già state destinale le location a marchi internazionali ben noti quali Ikea, Zara, Carrefour e altri.

The Bulgarian capital, after its recent entry into the European Community, is preparing, through a city planning reorganization, to fall into line with the standards of the great European capitals. The compartment of new constructions is clearly rising, with a notable increase of retail dedicated areas. In 2006, in Sofia 4 Malls have been opened, with envisaged incomes of between 7 and 9%. According to the survey of the newspaper “Il Sole 24 Ore”, moreover, there are up to 11 Malls in construction and another 10 are being realized at Varna, on the Black Sea, and at Plovdiv, 130 km south of the capital. In the projects in construction locations for well-known international brands such as Ikea, Zara, Carrefour and others have already been assigned.

Modalità di registrazione elettronica e burocrazia ridotta al minimo consentiranno a Budapest una drastica diminuzione del tempo necessario per aprire una nuova impresa. Tali nuove regole consentiranno da settembre 2007 di registrare un'impresa in due giorni, con l'obiettivo di impiegare una sola ora a metà del 2008. Ad incentivare le nuove iniziative imprenditoriali sono degni di nota anche l'abbassamento dei costi di registrazione (da ca 400 a 60 Euro) e del capitale minimo richiesto per l'avvio di una srl (da 11.800,00 Eur a poco più di 2.000,00).

Electronic ways of registering and a bureaucracy reduced to the minimum will allow a drastic decrease of the time necessary to open up a new business in Budapest. These new rules, starting from September 2007, will enable one to register a new business in two days' time, with the aim of employing only one hour by the half of 2008. Also noteworthy, in order to boost new business initiatives, are the lowering of registering costs (from about 400 to 60 Euros), and the lowering of the minimum amount of capital required for initializing a limited company (from 11800 Euros to little more than 2000).

Il clima particolarmente mite, le giornate lunghe e soleggiate e l'assenza quasi totale di precipitazioni hanno fatto del mese di aprile un inizio di stagione memorabile per la gelateria italiana in Germania.

Gli imprenditori dichiarano che un aprile così non si vedeva da anni, e si dichiarano pienamente soddisfatti delle vendite di gelato e dei prodotti correlati. Ogni inizio stagione porta alle novità, rappresentate nella maggior parte dalle nuove variegature, e dalle varianti del cioccolato. Molto apprezzati il cioccolato bianco e quello fondente speziato ed i gusti leggermente alcolici che riproducono gli aperitivi più richiesti.

The particularly mild climate, the long sunny days and the almost complete absence of rain have made of the month of April a memorable beginning of season for Italian ice cream parlours in Germany.

Entrepreneurs declare that an April like this had not been seen for years, and declare themselves fully satisfied with the sales of ice cream and related products. Each beginning of season brings some innovations, mostly represented by new variegations and chocolate variants. Much appreciated have been white chocolate and spiced dark chocolate, as well as slightly alcoholic tastes reproducing the most widely requested drinks.

Classic bowls remain a great success, together with fresh season fruit or combined with yogurt.

Stanno già arrivando numerose, da parte delle aziende espositrici, le adesioni alla 48. edizione della MIG , la Mostra Internazionale del Gelato Artigianale, che si terrà a Longarone Fiere da domenica 2 a mercoledì 5 dicembre 2007 . E' questo un segnale importante, che conferma come la partecipazione alla rassegna longaronese sia ritenuta dalle aziende di settore un passaggio strategico della loro attività che consente di proporre in anteprima ai gelatieri tutte le novità. L'esposizione si preannuncia, come di consueto, assai qualificata, con una proposta completa di macchine, attrezzature, materie prime, prodotti semilavorati, arredamenti, accessori e ai servizi per la gelateria. Il buon avvio della stagione in tutta Europa rappresenta inoltre anche per le aziende fornitrici uno stimolo a potenziare sempre più la loro offerta e contribuire allo sviluppo di un comparto che da sempre trova nella MIG il suo punto di riferimento e un momento di promozione e di confronto.

Acceptances to the 48. edition of the MIG, the International Handmade Ice cream Exhibition, which will be held at Longarone Fiere from Sunday 2 to Wednesday 5 December 2007, are already arriving numerous on behalf of the exhibiting firms. This is an important signal, confirming how the participation in the Longarone event is believed by the compartment firms to be a strategic footstep in their activity, allowing the proposal of all new ideas in advance to ice cream makers. The exhibition, as usual, promises to be highly qualified, with a complete proposal of machines, equipment, raw materials, semi-finished products, fittings, accessories and services for the ice cream parlour. The good beginning of season in all Europe represents, for supplying firms too, a stimulus to enhance even more their offer and, moreover, to contribute to the developing of a compartment that, since ever, looks at the MIG as its point of reference and as an opportunity for promotion and debate.
