GAST EXPO, la prima fiera della gastronomia e della ristorazione tenutasi a metą febbraio a Lubiana, ha da subito sviluppato una divisione dedicata al comparto della gelateria denominata "Fiera Internazionale del Gelato".
Entrambe le fiere sono state pensate per sanare un'esigenza, non vi erano infatti in Slovenia manifestazioni fieristiche dedicate al settore food. La Fiera Internazionale del Gelato, dal taglio strettamente professionale, č stata realizzata in collaborazione con aziende ed istituzioni italiane e voleva essere un appuntamento dedicato ai prodotti ed ai servizi relativi, essenzialmente, al mercato mitteleuropeo. Il pubblico ha trovato circa 150 espositori provenienti da Slovenia, Italia, Austria, Germania, Francia, Svezia, Inghilterra, Svizzera, Repubblica Ceca, Macedonia e Croazia, e un vasto panorama di eventi dedicati sia al mondo della gelateria, che a quello della ristorazione. Una nuova chance, relativamente vicina, per apprendere le novitą del settore e per confrontarsi con mercati di sicuro interesse.

GAST EXPO, the first gastronomic and catering fair, which was held in Lubiana in mid-February, has immediately developed a division dedicated to the ice cream compartment called "Fiera Internazionale del Gelato" (International Ice cream Fair).
Both fairs have been created to fulfil a need. In fact there were no events in Slovenia dedicated to the food compartment. With a strictly professional cut, the International Ice cream Fair has been realized in collaboration with Italian firms and institutions, wanting to be an appointment dedicated to products and services essentially regarding the Middle-European markets. The public have found about 150 exhibitioners coming from Slovenia, Italy, Austria, Germany, France, Sweden, England, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Macedonia and Croatia, and a vast panorama of events dedicated to both the ice cream and the catering industries. A new relatively near chance of getting acquainted with the news in the sector and comparing with markets of sure interest.

Si č tenuta a Copenaghen dal 25 al 28 Febbraio l'edizione 2007 di "TEMA", fiera biennale sul comparto "food wine e Horeca". All'evento, il pił rilevante della Scandinavia, erano presenti anche rappresentanti del Sud Europa. Da rilevare le presenza dalla Grecia e dall'Italia con ben 57 aziende.
Le aree merceologiche erano vaste, ma grande interesse hanno suscitato i prodotti tipicamente italiani, caffč e vino su tutti. Nel comparto del dolciario c'č stato anche uno spazio dedicato al gelato e ai semilavorati, nonostante le categorie pił rappresentate erano quella del cioccolato e della pasticceria.
L'ICE e l'Assocamere Estero di molte regioni italiane hanno promosso ed organizzato la partecipazione degli interessati italiani, definendo l'appuntamento fondamentale per far conoscere i propri prodotti e per instaurare proficui rapporti commerciali con la Scandinavia.

The 2007 edition of "TEMA", a biennial fair on the "food, wine and Horeca" compartment, was held in Copenhagen from the 25th to the 28th of February. Representatives from Southern Europe were also present at the event, which is the most relevant in Scandinavia. Noteworthy was the presence of Greece and Italy with as much as 57 firms.
The product areas were vast, but the typically Italian products, coffee and wine above all, arose a great interest. In the confectionery compartment there was also a space dedicated to the ice cream and semi-finished products, even though the most represented categories were chocolate and pastry.
The ICE and Assocamere Estero of many Italian regions promoted and organized the participation of Italian sector firms, defining the appointment as fundamental for advertising Italian sector products and establishing proficient business relationships with Scandinavia.

Interpretando la necessitą di tutti gli imprenditori del mondo del gelato interessati alle nuove aperture, Sistema Gelato ha creato la divisione "Centri Commerciali" attraverso la quale si propongono spazi adatti all'avvio di gelaterie sia nella forma di chioschi take away, che con posti a sedere.

By interpreting the need of all ice cream industry entrepreneurs interested in new openings, Sistema Gelato has created the "Centri Commerciali" (Shopping Centres) Division, through which appropriate spaces for opening ice cream shops both in the form of take away kiosks and of shops with sitting places, are proposed.
After positively setting out shops in St. Petersburg and in Bratislava, Locations are now proposed in Italy, in Piedmont, Veneto and Tuscany.

Si rinnova anche quest'anno lo stretto collegamento tra la MIG, Mostra Internazionale del Gelato Artigianale, in programma dal 2 al 5 dicembre 2007, e il mondo dei gelatieri. La macchina organizzativa č gią in moto e si sta definendo una nuova iniziativa che andrą ad arricchire il programma della manifestazione 2007. Dopo il successo dello scorso anno del Gran Galą del gelato alla frutta, i gelatieri associati del Triveneto - GAT, in collaborazione con il G. A. - Comitato per la difesa e diffusione del gelato artigianale Italiano, proporranno il Gran Galą del Gelato ai Sapori d'Europa. L'iniziativa prevede la presentazione di un centinaio di gusti che raccoglieranno i sapori di tutta Europa. Sempre a cura del GAT, verrą inoltre lanciato un nuovo gelato artigianale in via di elaborazione con la collaborazione di sei gelatieri d'eccellenza. Longarone sarą dunque ancora una volta il punto di riferimento per i gelatieri di tutta Europa, il luogo ideale dove esporre prodotti, attrezzature e macchinari e organizzare momenti di confronto per promuovere iniziative utili a quanti operano nel settore.

The strict connection between the MIG, Mostra Internazionale del Gelato Artigianale, scheduled from 2 to 5 December 2007, and the world of ice cream makers will renew itself once again this year. The organizing of the event is already on, and a new initiative is being defined which will go and enrich the 2007 event's programme. After last year's success of the Gran Galą del Gelato alla Frutta, (fruit ice cream great gala) the Triveneto associated ice cream makers - GAT, in collaboration with G.A. - the Committee for the defence and wide-spreading of the Italian handmade ice cream, will propose the Gran Galą del Gelato ai Sapori d'Europa (European flavours ice cream great gala). The initiative envisages presenting around a hundred different tastes including flavours from all over Europe. Moreover, always by GAT, a new handmade ice cream under elaboration with the collaboration of six par-excellence ice cream makers will be launched. Longarone will therefore once more be the point of reference for ice cream makers of all Europe, and will again be the ideal place where to exhibit products, equipment and machinery, and for organizing debate possibilities in order to promote initiatives useful for all those working in the compartment.
